"Strut your Mutt” for the Coos Animal Sanctuary Shelter Fund

June 1st, 2019.
Sign up's should be received before 5/25.
Registration is at 9 a.m., walk starting at 10 a.m.

We start from 1 Creamary Rd (behind Agway) and from there to the rail trail and then to the IGA area and return.
The ATV club will be notified so there will be no conflict of dates and they will be aware of the trail use from 10 to 3 on 6/1.
Signs designating the doggie walk will be put up at the beginning, end and at all intersections.
A UTV will be on hand for tired walkers or pooches.
There will be  a costume contest with the winner receiving a large basket of dog goodies; 2nd & 3rd prizes to receive doggie bowls.
A meal will then be served.
Scarfs/Bandana's will be presented to each Walker with donations of $10 or more and T-shirts will be presented to those who bring in at least $30.  Those who bring in $40 or more will receive both. Please plan on a $10.00 donation for the walk.

2019 2nd Annual Spring Fling Trail Ride
Proceeds to Benefit The Coos Animal Sanctuary Building Fund

Starts at 9:30 am, its about a 5-6 hr ride. dirt road ride, good footing, not a hard ride for the horse but maybe the rider, HaHa. we have a wonderful cookout afterwards

Directions to May 18th Trail ride

Coming from Colebrook or north- Take route 3 south to Groveton. Turn left onto route 110 east and continue about 20 miles. You will go up a double lane hill with Muriel’s restaurant on your right. Continue about 1.5 miles and turn right onto York pond road. Continue about 1.5 miles and turn left. There are no road signs at that left, but a small kiosk in the center of a small median. If you go by the turn, continue about a half mile and there will be a spot to turn around.

Coming south from Lancaster- take route 3 north to Groveton. Take 110 east and continue same directions as above.

Coming north from Conway area- take 16 north into Berlin. Bear left by the bank onto 110 west. Continue on 110 west about 8 miles. You will go up a double lane hill. As you crest hill, and begin to decline, York pond road will be on your left. Continue 1.5 miles and bear left. Parking is right there.
